OVERALL PURPOSE
Our goal is to build one of the most authentic and awesome company cultures out there. To do so, we need to ensure we attract and hire the right people, and that's where talent acquisition comes in.
Reporting to our Head of Talent, we're looking for a Talent Partner to join our team to help us scale rapidly with top performers across a range of functions and seniority. We already have a close-knit Talent team and you'll be collaborating closely with our People Operations Team and Business Partners to achieve shared business goals and objectives.
You'll need to be confident in the role to ensure robust talent pipelines are in place for critical and high volume roles, ensuring recruitment is executed quickly whilst maintaining the highest standards when it comes to candidate selection, as we want to build an exceptional team and a continuous pipeline of top talent!
