We're seeking an experienced Talent & Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Head of Operations and play a key role in driving our recruitment and talent management efforts. You'll be responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, supporting talent development initiatives, and assisting with operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Support recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and provide feedback
Assist with candidate communication, including offer letters and onboarding
Talent Management
Support talent development initiatives, including training and development programs
Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including events and recognition programs
Operations Support
Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management
Coordinate operational tasks, including facilities management, procurement, and logistics
Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee data and recruitment metrics
Communication
Liaise with teams and stakeholders on recruitment and operational matters
Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries in a timely manner
Requirements
-5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or a related field
Experience providing administrative support to a senior leader or executive
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with HR systems and recruitment software (e.g. Workday, Greenhouse)
Nice to Have
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
Experience with data analysis and reporting
