What You'll Handle:
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
Conduct first-round phone or video screenings
Maintain and organize our ATS (Recruiterflow) for clean data and easy tracking
Own candidate communications, from interview logistics to professional rejections
Support job postings and application intake
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline processes
Recommend improvements for interview workflows and templates
What You Bring:
1-2 years in recruiting coordination, HR support, or high-volume hiring
Stellar communication--clear, professional, and people-first
Impeccable organization and attention to detail
Confidence with Google Workspace, Slack, and applicant tracking systems
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Availability to work remotely in PST or EST time zones
