Relevant tertiary qualification: a degree or diploma in HR is preferred
3 to 5 years work experience as a Talent Development Partner in a similar role
2 years' experience developing and designing learning material and facilitating adult learning
Proficient in MS Office
Prior experience in managing a learning and development budget
Working experience in a tech startup or technology environment would be highly advantageous
Comprehensive understanding of human resources functions and best practices, particularly related to employee learning and development
Interest in technology and the future of digital services
Responsibilities
Develop, design and implement a talent development strategy suited to our agile environment: This task is crucial for aligning talent development with the organization's agile needs and goals
Own and manage the learning and development budget: Effective budget management is essential to ensure that learning and development initiatives are adequately funded and sustainable
Design, develop and facilitate learning and development programs in line with business needs: Creating and delivering relevant programs to address specific business needs is a core function of a learning and development role
Track and analyze learning and development metrics to support data-driven decision making: Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and data analysis is essential for continuous improvement
Work closely with HR Business Partners to develop a succession planning framework with a strong focus on learning and development: Succession planning is critical for long-term organizational success, and integrating learning and development into the process is strategic
