Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute a detailed strategic plan for managing talent effectively.
- Actively seek out, engage, cultivate, and preserve potential talent for dynamic positions.
- Utilize data analysis to enhance choices related to talent management.
- Synchronize strategies and objectives for comprehensive workforce enhancement.
- A Master's Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (NFQ Level 8).
- A decade of experience in Strategic Human Resources, encompassing areas like talent management, hiring processes, performance evaluation, educational initiatives, and grooming leadership skills.
- Six years of proficiency in leading teams and influencing top-tier management.
- Possessing HSPCA Certification is a plus.
