How you will contribute You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelxc4x93z International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team. Education / Certifications: Degree / National Diploma in HR/Psychology or related qualification 3 xe2x80x93 5 years Talent Acquisition or HR administration experience Workday experience advantageous Job specific requirements: To succeed in this role, it is expected the successful incumbent will have: Interview scheduling: xe2x80xa2 Ensure that interview scheduling is done in a timely manner xe2x80xa2 Coordinating availability between panelists xe2x80xa2 Coordinating with candidates xe2x80xa2 Extending interview invitations xe2x80xa2 Logging interview dates on Workday Verification checks: xe2x80xa2 Requesting for background checks on successful candidates xe2x80xa2 Conducting character reference checks xe2x80xa2 Ensuring documentations are uploaded to candidate profile Offer management and finalisation of hires: xe2x80xa2 Generating external offer letters based on the information of TAAxe2x80x99s xe2x80xa2 Generating internal offer letters based on the finalized computation of TACxe2x80x99s xe2x80xa2 Retrieving all necessary offline approvals xe2x80xa2 Offer management tasks on Workday prior to finalizing candidate xe2x80xa2 Retrieving respective approvals xe2x80xa2 Initiating peer review checks xe2x80xa2 Generating a suitable offer for internal movements xe2x80xa2 Obtaining the necessary approvals xe2x80xa2 Obtaining necessary signatures xe2x80xa2 Extending offer to internal movement candidate via hiring manager Audit owners xe2x80xa2 Ensuring TAC and TAAxe2x80x99s are compliant with audit scope xe2x80xa2 Monthly and quarterly auditing exercises xe2x80xa2 Presentation to TA LT on findings of audit Supporting stakeholder xe2x80xa2 Providing timely support to hiring managers, TAAxe2x80x99s, and people team colleagues to execute recruitment process Employer branding Creating assets for the marketing of adverts Contributing to employer branding initiatives
Travel requirements: Limited
