Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify future hiring trends and needs.
- Craft compelling job descriptions that resonate with potential candidates.
- Dive deep into databases, online forums, and social media to find the perfect match.
- Lead interviews with a keen eye for talent and fit.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Champion the company's Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Spearhead internship and job shadowing programs.
- Deliver insightful HR reports to drive decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- At least 5 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Consultant, with a preference for those familiar with the financial services sector.
- Adeptness in various interview techniques, including values-based interviews.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
