You will become an expert on process and productivity driven recruitment! Learning and growing in your role will be your primary responsibility.Our Talent Acquisition Specialists are responsible for the following:Travel off-site to attract qualified candidates by posting flyers, networking through the community, and attending job fairsCollaborates with Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations with ideas for new advertising channels, drive employee referral contests, and manage open house eventsConducts criminal background checks and drug screensPerforms a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely mannerCompletes daily and weekly reports on recruitment activitiesMaintains employment records for future referenceIn addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer interactions, you will become confident, fully engaged, a team player, and dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:WONDER IF YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?Qualified candidates will be willing to learn new programs, processes and technology. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
