WE ARE HIRING
A Switchboard Operator who will be the first voice of Hazendal Wine Estate and will play a critical role in creating a seamless and luxurious guest experience. This position is responsible for professionally answering all incoming calls, directing them appropriately, handling general guest inquiries, and supporting various departments by ensuring smooth communication flow across the estate.
Key Responsibilities & KPI Framework
Guest Communication & First Impressions
Answer all incoming calls promptly, warmly, and in line with Hazendal's brand standards. Direct calls accurately and efficiently to the appropriate department or team member. Handle general guest inquiries regarding wine tastings, dining, events, hotel bookings, Wonderdal, golf, spa, and other estate offerings. Deliver a guest experience that reflects Hazendal's values Previous experience in similar role a must. * Well spoken (fluently in more than one language)
