Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a masters in Industrial Psychology and have completed their internship.
Must be registered with the HPCSA as an Industrial Psychologist.
Previous experience having worked as an Industrial Psychologist is essential for the role.
Must be proficient in full Microsoft suite and Outlook.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
Must be efficient and organised within good administrative abilities.
Must have experience having written integrated reports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Facilitating and coordinating all assessments that are conducted on online and in person.
Conducting behavioural interviews with candidates for recruitment and development purposes.
Writing of integrated assessment reports which will then be sent to clients.
Marking and calculating assessment results.
Capturing assessment information onto the system.
Engaging with clients telephonically for bookings.
Performing any ad hoc administration tasks.
Providing support to external od consultants.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
