The main purpose of a Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager is to drive ongoing enhancements and optimizations within the company's supply chain operations. This role is essential for ensuring that the supply chain remains efficient, cost-effective, and adaptable to changing business needs.
The successful incumbent will report to the Head of Supply Chain and will be responsible for Process Optimization; Performance Metrics; Quality Improvement; Inventory Management; Continuous Improvement Strategies and Change Management Processes; Cost Reduction; Sustainability Initiatives; Cross-Functional Collaboration; Research, Develop, Implementation and Maintenance of Supply Chain Modelling tools; and Analyse Operational Performance.
