The main purpose of a Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager is to drive ongoing enhancements and optimizations within a company's supply chain operations. This role is essential for ensuring that the supply chain remains efficient, cost-effective, and adaptable to changing business needs.
The successful incumbent will report to the Head of Supply Chain and will be responsible for Process Optimization; Performance Metrics; Quality Improvement; Inventory Management; Continuous Improvement Strategies and Change Management Process; Cost Reduction; Sustainability Initiatives; Cross-Functional Collaboration; Research, Develop, Implement and Maintain Supply Chain Modelling tools; and Analyse Operational Performance.
