Purpose of the role
The Studio Manager oversees the full creative studio, ensuring the delivery of high quality, on-brand, and strategically aligned creative outputs across all channels. The role manages people, processes, workflows, and resources to ensure that all creative work supports marketing objectives such as student acquisition, retention, brand growth, and institutional reputation. The role ensures operational efficiency, creative excellence, and alignment with the Eduvos brand strategy. It acts as the central coordination point between creative, digital, communications, sales, campus teams, and external suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
6 - 8 years in creative leadership roles in agencies or in-house studios
Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams
Proven track record producing effective, high-quality creative campaigns
Experience in higher education or youth-focused markets advantageous
Competence in Adobe Suite, Figma, video editing tools
Duties and Responsibilities
Operating and financial results
Oversee and manage the full creative production lifecycle.
Ensure creative outputs align with marketing strategy, brand standards, and campaign objectives.
Manage and monitor creative budgets, resources, tools, and external vendors.
Operational process outputs
Manage workflow from concept to completion across design, multimedia, and creative production.
Translate marketing and brand objectives into creative action plans.
Allocate and brief designers, multimedia specialists, and Creative Lead.
Oversee QA, proofing, and approval processes.
Monitor performance of campaigns and creative assets with corrective action where required.
Maintain an updated project and campaign calendar on Monday.com.
