Role Summary
As Junior Studio Manager, you'll be the organiser and planner that keeps the creative studio running smoothly. You'll support the Studio Manager in coordinating projects, resources, and keeping day-to-day operations on track.
This role is all about detail, organisation, and follow-through , whilst demonstrating resilience & great energy -- ensuring timelines, meetings, and documentation are accurate, and that creative teams have what they need to focus on great work.
Working with client service, ops & creative teams you'll gain broad exposure to how a creative studio operates, while building skills in project management, resourcing, and creative operations.
Purpose
To support the Studio Manager in ensuring smooth workflow across creative, strategy, and production teams, helping deliver outstanding work on time and on budget while contributing to a positive studio culture.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Production Management
Assist with scheduling, timelines, and project plans. Book and coordinate meetings, reviews, and creative check-ins. Track status of jobs and flag risks or delays early. Help ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
Studio Resource Management
Maintain up-to-date schedules and resource plans. Support allocation of creative talent across projects. Tasking of jobs on Chase to ensure accurate timesheet records Track timesheet compliance and follow up where needed.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a point of contact for day-to-day project queries. Ensure clear documentation of roles, responsibilities, and next steps. Share updates with the wider team to keep everyone aligned. Contribute to building collaboration
Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate project documentation (timelines, resourcing trackers, status sheets). Contribute to workflow improvements by sharing observations and ideas.
Culture
Be a visible presence in the studio. Help drive team initiatives (e.g. town halls, showcases).
What You Bring
1-3 years' experience in an agency, creative, or production environment (traffic, coordination, or project support roles ideal). Strong organisational skills with extreme attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (experience with Workbook, Chase, or similar tools is a plus). Ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly and effectively. A logical thinker who's proactive and solution-oriented. Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humour. Interest in the creative process and a willingness to learn.
