Job Description
The UXi Sport Rugby Institutes has a vacancy for a dedicated and committed Strength and Conditioning Coach to join the dynamic UXi Rugby Institutes High Performance Team. This dynamic and great opportunity requires an exceptional, passionate, team-driven individual who can drive the UXi Sport vision and values; along with a proven, credible track record, and who is suitability qualixefxacx81ed for an u/20's player group at a semi-professional level. This position is available in Kimberley, Northern Cape. Responsibilities:
- Implement the UXiRI national Strength and Conditioning programme
- Track and analyze athletic testing, attendance, and individual progress
- Design individualized strength and conditioning programmes
- Conduct rehabilitation and prehabilitation programmes
- Collaborate with coaching staff and communicate progress reports
- A current relevant professional certixefxacx81cation/ credentials, provided by an accredited institution
- 2+ Years Strength & Conditioning Coaching Experience, after qualixefxacx81cation
- World Rugby Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Certixefxacx81cation
- Computer skills competency, in particular Microsoft programmes (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MSTeams)
- Valid First Aid Certixefxacx81cate
