Job description
Job Objectives:
To define the scope of the project in collaboration with operational management.
To create a detailed project plan to successfully deliver the project within agreed timeframes and budgets.
To ensure that that projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
To effectively manage and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the project.
To continuously train and up skill store staff on chain store image.
To effectively manage all projects within the division relating to new stores, refurbishments, drop-ins, store closures as well as other merchandise and ad-hoc projects.
To effectively support the stores in the division through regular cyclical as well as ad-hoc store visit.
To evaluate the outcomes of the project and report on and drive recommended areas of improvements.
To be the customer's first choice health and beauty retailer by living and driving the company values.

Experience:
