Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
Lead, train, motivate, and supervise staff
Manage stock, ordering, and food cost controls
Drive sales performance and profitability
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Conduct staff scheduling and performance management
Handle all administrative, reporting and financial duties
Manage customer service and resolve customer concerns
Maintain restaurant hygiene and operational readiness at all times
Work closely with area management on performance targets
