Description
You will rotate between stores to fill leadership gaps, stabilise performance, support teams, and ensure operational excellence. This is a high-accountability role requiring a strong manager who works well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Provide management relief across multiple stores
- Support stores during operational challenges, absenteeism, or peak trading
- Drive operational, financial, and service KPIs
- Train, mentor and uplift teams to maintain brand standards
- Conduct stock, cash, labour and cost controls
- Ensure adherence to policies, audits, and compliance

- Matric
- 3-5 years QSR management experience
