Our client, a leading quick-service restaurant, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for their Ulundi operation. This role supports the Store Manager in running all aspects of the restaurant.
Description
Ideal for an emerging leader ready to step into full management. You will assist with staff supervision, customer service, operational checks and financial controls.
Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in daily operations
- Assist with training, rostering, and performance management
- Oversee customer service and resolve complaints
- Conduct cash-ups, stock counts and admin
- Ensure hygiene and operational compliance

- Matric
- At least 2-3 years' supervisory/assistant management experience
