The Stock Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, managing procurement, and ensuring smooth flow of materials across the estate. You will work closely with production, cellar, and sales teams to track usage, prevent stock discrepancies, and maintain comprehensive records. This hands-on role demands precision, strong numerical skills, and the ability to anticipate stock requirements proactively.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for wine, raw materials, and consumables
• Track stock movement and implement efficient storage systems
• Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Generate inventory reports and forecasts for management
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
