Job Summary To provide advice and support in practice formulation and associated best practice improvement tactics; enabling the provision of specialist business development expertise. Selecting this role has a compensation & benefit impact in Personal loans.

Business Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the regions and corporate and to work those opportunities to their successful conclusion | Strategy Development: Generate, evaluate and make recommendations on Personal Loans strategy as this relates to the customer value proposition and driving growth and sustainability from customer relationship portfolios | Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners and other Absa entities Sales Management | Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards | : | : | : | :
Education
Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
