Job Summary

Village N Life is a leading tourism and hospitality company based in the Western Cape.

Mint Wellness, situated at the beautiful Pezula Nature Retreat, is seeking a seasonal Welcome host.

Embark on a journey with Village N Life!

The host is responsible for the effective administration of the front desk and reception area. You will also support the Spa Manager and the front desk coordinator. Your duties will also include doing the bookings and scheduling and corresponding with guests, and welcoming them to the spa with refreshments.

Minimum requirements

  • Matric
  • Beauty Therapy, administration or Sales diploma (advantageous)
  • Familiar with the duties and procedures in a Spa / Wellness Centre
  • At least 1 year experience as a receptionist in a Spa environment
  • MS Office, Excel, ESP and Opera knowledge advantageous
Responsibilities
  • Communicate any problem areas to Spa Manager
  • Stock Take
  • Complete daily cash up and sales reports
  • Familiar with the treatment protocol and spa-related products
  • Responsible for the welcome drinks station
  • Welcoming clients at the spa
  • Build and maintain client relationships and communicate specials
  • Upsell products and services.
Shared accommodation available at reduced rates on site.
