Job Summary
The President Hotel is preparing for a vibrant summer season and we're looking for passionate, skilled, and guest-focused Seasonal Spa Therapists to join our team.
Set between the ocean and the slopes of Lion's Head, The President is known for its warm hospitality, breathtaking views, and commitment to creating memorable experiences. Criteria (Requirements)

• Matric certificate (Grade 12)
• Recognised spa/beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2-3 years' hands-on experience in facials, massages, and body treatments (non-negotiable)
• Previous experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment (advantageous)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed, and naturally guest-focused
• Must hold a valid South African ID

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform professional facials tailored to guest needs using luxury products
• Deliver a variety of massage therapies (relaxation, deep tissue, aromatherapy, etc.)
• Provide scrubs, wraps, and body treatments in line with spa standards
• Conduct thorough guest consultations, recommend treatments, and personalise care
• Promote and upsell spa products and additional treatments
• Maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, order, and hygiene compliance
• Follow spa opening and closing procedures with precision
• Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service at all times

Contract Details

• Duration: 3 months (November 2025 - January 2026)
• Availability: Full availability required across the festive season
• Only qualified spa therapists with hands-on treatment experience will be shortlisted
• Recruitment is conducted in line with the company's Employment Equity Plan
