SPA MANAGER
PRIVATE GAME RESERVE - Western Cape (South Africa)
START: A.S.A.P / 01 March 2025
REPORT TO: Spa Director / HR / GM
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday - Sunday including Public Holidays, Weekends etc. (Hospitality)
- SHIFTS rotate
- 24x Days ON
- 8x Days OFF (can leave the reserve for this break)
- R18,500 Basic per month before any benefits or commission (based on desired experience & skills)
- 10% Treatment Commission
- 10% - 15% Retail Commission
- Accommodation (self-catering) for a single occupant
- Complimentary Laundry service
- Free Wi-Fi
- Medical & Provident Fund contributions
- DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology (2-year Diploma)
- BONUS - Spa Management Diploma
- Managerial experience in Spa / Day Spa or Cruise Ship
- Expertly groomed and highly presentable
- Computer confident including MS Office, Booking & Spa Management Software
- Excellent command of English (speak & write) - we deal with primarily international guests
- Organised, mature, confident and strong leadership qualities
- Able to perform therapies when operationally required
- Own car & valid driver license (we are remote)
- 3+ Years in a Managerial role / 4+ Years in an Assistant Manager role
- Cruise Ship employment experience highly beneficial
- Resort or Private Game Reserve / Lodge experience highly beneficial
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, administration, guest relations, recruitment, SOP, training and operations
