Job Summary Assistant Lodge Manager - Private Game Reserve | KwaZulu-Natal Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Assistant Lodge Manager for a private game reserve in KwaZulu-Natal. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional with strong leadership and administrative skills, who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury safari environment. Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a lodge or hospitality environment Strong administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Confident in staff management and team leadership Professional; reliable, and able to perform under pressure Passion for hospitality and guest service Responsibilities: Support the Lodge Manager in the daily operations of the lodge Manage guest relations, ensuring exceptional service throughout their stay Lead and supervise staff, maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism Oversee administrative tasks, including reporting, stock control, and record-keeping Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver seamless guest service Uphold company standards and comply with health and safety procedures Package: Salary: R11,000 - R15,000 (Negotiable DOE) Live-in accommodation Leave cycle: 3 weeks on / 1 week off To Apply: Please send your updated CV, reference letters, and qualifications today Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
