Job Description
We are Hiring a Spa and Wellness Attendant who will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the spa and wellness areas. They assist guests with amenities, ensure treatment rooms and relaxation areas are prepared, and support therapists and front desk staff to deliver a seamless and luxurious experience. This role requires attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and a calm, professional demeanour.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Support
+ Greet guests warmly and escort them to treatment rooms, lounges, or locker areas.+ Provide towels, robes, refreshments, and other amenities as needed.
+ Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate their needs.
Facility Maintenance
+ Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation areas.+ Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, water, and toiletries.
+ Monitor cleanliness and ambiance (lighting, music, scent) throughout the spa.
Operational Support
+ Assist therapists and front desk staff with room setup and turnover.+ Ensure laundry is collected, washed, and restocked efficiently.
+ Report maintenance issues or inventory shortages to management.
Health & Safety Compliance
+ Follow hygiene protocols and safety standards at all times.+ Ensure all spa areas meet cleanliness and sanitation requirements.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or spa environments preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills High attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to work in a calm, professional manner under pressure Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
