ASSISTANT SPA MANAGER - Luxury Wellness Hospitality - with UHNWI Clients
LOCATION: Jamnagar, INDIA
REPORT TO: Spa Manager / Spa Director
TRADING HOURS & SHIFS:
- Monday - Sunday
- Flexible times & times off
- INR 85,000 Basic Salary per month / ZAR 17,000
- Service Fee (based on group performance)
- Meals provided in Staff Canteen
- Company accommodation provided with laundry services (Private room in shared house)
- Company transport from accommodation to hotel

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Contract
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Qualifications in Spa / Beauty (accredited international)
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / BABTAC / City & Guilds etc.
- Assistant Spa Manager experience essential in a luxury resort, day spa or Cruise ship
- Cruise Ship employment experience highly beneficial and preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years spa/salon experience
- Experience working Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI)
- Highly focused individual with Spa knowledge and guest services orientate
- Guest Relations experience beneficial with strong ENGLISH command
- Computer literate and skilled to use booking systems
- Excellent guest rapport
- Assist the Spa Manager with overall operations and day to day management of the spa (team, admin, guests etc.)
- Manage the spa in the absence of the Manager
- Report to the Spa Manager
- Facilitate training and implementation of SOP's - ensuring the team is updated and on par with protocols
- Oversee the front of house team and assist where operationally required (bookings / marketing / guest liaison etc)
- Ensure overall optimal performance from the team
- Coordinate the rooms and wellness retreats
