Junior Technical Software Support

specialist to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal software systems, supporting our business teams, and helping to maintain our system's reliability.

What You'll Do:

Provide technical and software support for our internal systems, making sure they meet business needs. Quickly identify, analyse, and resolve software issues to keep business operations running smoothly. Work with internal teams to tackle complex development and technical challenges. Help improve system reliability and boost user satisfaction. Collaborate with our IT and business teams to implement necessary system updates and enhancements. Create and maintain accurate documentation to ensure a shared understanding of our systems and processes. Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements. Monitor and maintain our internal servers to ensure optimal uptime and performance. Perform regular server health checks and troubleshooting to prevent downtime. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems on our servers. Investigate and resolve server-related issues promptly to support business continuity. Conduct routine backups and verify the consistency and reliability of stored data. Manage server access, permissions, and security protocols in collaboration with internal teams.

What We're Looking For:

A relevant qualification or demonstrable progress towards a qualification in a technology-related field. Proficiency in

C#

and

SQL

. A strong desire to learn and grow in a technical support role. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams. Azure Data Studio/ VS Code (MySql) SSMS (MSSQL) phpMyAdmin (on the servers) MySql Workbench Experience with

time and attendance software and hardware systems

would be a significant advantage.
