Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site operations, ensuring smooth running of both the fuel station, retail store and cafe.
Lead, motivate, and manage staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
Hiring and Training of new staff.
Manage daily staffing requirements.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure effective merchandising of the convenience store.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Handle financial responsibilities, including cash flow management, reporting, and cost control.
Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Ensure that financial and service excellence targets are met.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of management experience in a retail, fuel, or FMCG environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
