Broiler Breeder Site Manager

Dalton Area KwaZulu Natal: Our client is looking for a Broiler Breeder Site Manager to join the team.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualification in poultry or Agricultural Science advantageous
Proven experience managing large broiler breeder flocks
Proven experience working with environmentally controlled houses and technical understanding of these systems
Strong leadership and people management skills
Computer literate
Hands-on operational expertise and track record of achieving fertility, hatchability, and production KPIs
A solid understanding of breeder technical guidelines (e.g. Aviagen, Cobb)
