Job Description

SITE HR & IR MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR and Industrial Relations activities on-site
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution
  • Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulation
  • Strong experience in Disciplinary Processes, CCMA representation and Union negotiations
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Batchelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations or related field
  • Postgraduate Qualification or Certification in Labour Law/HR Management
  • Minimum 5 Year's in a Senior HR/IR Role within a UNIONISED environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS System & MS Office and Excel
  • FMCG or Manufacturing Industry experience an Advantage
  • CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - will be verified
