Job Requirements and Responsibilities
Knowledge and understanding of; LRA, BCEA, COID, EE and Sectorial Determination 6- Private Security Sector.
Knowledge of IR process and procedures.
Monitoring and implementing Divisional Policies and Procedures
Quality Management Systems in line with ISO Standards
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Accurate in report writing.
Ability to deal with HR and IR queries from different stakeholders and regions.
Knowledge of CCMA and Bargaining Council processes
Desired Experience & Qualification
Tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) in Human Resources Management.
At least 5 years' experience within a Human Resource environment in Private Security sector - advantageous
Expert knowledge of Word and Excel.
Professional demeanor.
Good written and communication skills.
Chairing of disciplinary hearing
CCMA & Bargaining Council representation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R20000,00 - R25000,00 per month
