With a Southern African footprint that includes South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho, Botswana, Eswatini, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Zambia, the company is headquartered in Pretoria, the capital city of South Africa, and all its products are assembled locally in its East London production plant.Job Overview:To ensure high levels of technical support and technical investigations for dealer network and key accounts in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reports: Compile detailed, precise, and concise technical reports.
• Brand Support: Provide advice and technical back-up support for product launches and key account management.
• Technical repairs and support queries: Coach, advise and support colleagues, dealer personnel in resolving technical queries/issues timeously. This includes, but is not limited to, travelling to the customers and dealers to proactively resolve queries.
• CSI - FFV: Proactive and early identification of product non-conforming components, investigations and information sharing with source plant.
• Technical Investigations and resolution: Case resolution information to be shared with all relevant parties (warranty, parts, dealerships, marketing, and source plant) Technical Exchange Meetings.
• Key account management: KAM after-sales service business, technical support, customer engagements.

Experience:

• 3 - 5 years' experience in specialised field

Special Knowledge:

• Mercedes-Benz Technical Maintenance level a pre-requisite
• 2 years' Daimler Trucks product knowledge
