highly organized, proactive Service Representative
to provide exceptional support to our clients and contractors. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and service management skills to maintain positive relationships and ensure timely resolution of service issues.

Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive support to clients and partners via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
Handle support tickets and ensure timely resolution of client/partner concerns
Conduct follow-ups and client satisfaction check-ins
Process and document daily inspection reports and send them to clients
Support partner management with monthly coaching calls and ongoing communication
Assist with administrative tasks and ensure accurate reporting
Participate in the
"On-Call" after-hours support rotation
as scheduled
What We're Looking For
2+ years
of proven customer service or client support experience
Background in
client retention or B2B services
is a strong advantage
Exceptional English communication skills
(written & verbal - 9/10 or higher)
High attention to detail in documentation and note-taking
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently
Confident in negotiation and conflict resolution
Willingness to work scheduled
after-hours support
Reliable home office setup
: fast internet, USB headset, webcam, and quiet workspace
Proficiency with
Google Workspace
(Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
Experience with
HubSpot and RingCentral
(preferred)
A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong sense of accountability
Compensation & Schedule
Base Pay:
$1,170 CAD per month
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Mountain Time)
