Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to provide informed assistance.
Promote customer satisfaction and retention through friendly, respectful, and helpful service.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
