Title: Service Manager
Location: Pretoria
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department
Manage a team of technicians and customer service representatives
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers
Develop and implement service policies and procedures
Monitor and analyze service performance metrics
Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues
Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a service management role
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of service industry best practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
