Commercial and Passenger Service Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the service department, managing inventory, and assisting with customer service.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies that promote customer acquisition and retention for all brands.
  • Preparing budget actions for the next financial sales in line with management guidelines.
  • Coordinating service department operations to achieve targets.
  • Implementing operational guidelines and ensuring compliance and minimal risks exposure.
  • Supervising workshop arrangement and cleanliness for efficiency.
  • Running service orders and managing credit accounts for service revenues.
  • Updating reports, customer databases, and visual control boards.
  • Managing security of warehouse operations
