Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Travel Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury leisure travel and extensive knowledge of the East Africa circuit and destinations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating bespoke and tailor-made holidays throughout East Africa, offering advice and recommendations to high-end clients.Responsibilities:
- Create customized travel itineraries for high-end clients visiting East Africa.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
- Handle FIT bookings and manage the entire booking process from start to finish.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, products, and services in the industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury leisure travel.
- Extensive knowledge of the East Africa circuit and destinations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems (WETU; TourPlan)
- Passion for travel and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
