Job Description

Our client, a leading software development house in the online gaming world is urgently looking for a Senior Talent Management Specialist to be responsible for leading and implementing talent management strategies that support the overall business objectives of their company. You will also form part of the digital transformation and continuous improvement of their talent management practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in workforce planning, performance management, promotions, and internal mobility.

***Hybrid model***

In order to be considered the following is required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Organizational Psychology or a related field (Honours or masterxe2x80x99s degree a plus)
• Minimum of 6 xe2x80x93 10 years of experience in talent management with a proven experience working on workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management
• Registration with HPCSA as an Organizational Psychologist is a plus
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and people skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement workforce planning, performance management, promotions, and internal mobility strategies
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of talent management processes
• Collaborate with leadership teams to identify and address talent management needs
• Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to improve talent management practices
• Provide mentorship and guidance to their talent management and HRBP teams
