Job Summary Drive the design and delivery of complex fit for purpose, business strategy-aligned, high impact, cross domain technology solution blueprints & processes. Design, develop and oversee the deployment of new/changes to systems/applications across IT areas in the organization. Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of IT Processes.

Planning:

• Design and/or contribute to the design and implementation of detailed business cases.
• Participate in development of Requests for Proposals (RFP) and vendor evaluation and contract management for IT applications services.
• Assess vendor proposals for appropriateness and compliance with organization and industry standards.
• Coordinate with respective stakeholders / teams to plan requirements elicitation, process design, and subsequent system/application development work, necessary for business operations.
• Coordinate with respective stakeholders / teams to plan deployment of new/changed processes and systems/applications.
• Develop and / or assist with the development and / or execution of project plans for system/application upgrades.

Requirements Elicitation & Analysis:

• Work in collaboration with delivery teams to analyse customer requirements & varying business capabilities & leverage analysis to identify & accurately spec / frame xe2x80x98the complex business problems we are aiming to solvexe2x80x99 with each solution design or solution evolution.
• Monitor and assess existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and facilitate analysis, assessment and design workshops and initiatives to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead design thinking processes to successfully deliver solution blueprints & associated roadmaps.
• For new process / process change initiatives, conduct feasibility and readiness assessments with regard to capabilities and resources, and define corresponding action plans to support the initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and customers, external solution providers, and IT stakeholders for application support specific requirements.
• Analyse business systems to determine effectiveness, identify inadequacies, inefficiencies and problems and recommend solution Governance, Risk & Control.
• Identify and recommend application improvement to enhance capability and performance, and minimize costs.
• Provide input to current and future application requirements to meet the organization's needs.
• Help diagnose problems and resolve incidents / issues related to applications.
• Maintain awareness of application risks and opportunities for improvement.

Solution Design:

• Work with relevant stakeholders (forums, project teams, architects) to design solution roadmaps aligned to the strategic requirements of an organization and through which the solution can be implemented.
• Design and develop / update of the IT processes, based on organization requirements and industry standard processes, and oversee deployment of the processes in the organization.
• Define process performance criteria and requirements in terms of time, cost, resources (people, systems, and financials).
• Create end to end solution blueprints.

• Work embedded, as part of a delivery team, to ensure the successful design & implementation of solution blueprints.
• Ensure that the detail of the solution (across all architecture domains) is accurate to the implementation of the initiative, true to the bankxe2x80x99s architectural principles/preferences, implementable by the different teams involved in the solution.
• Ensure solution design alignment to Group guidelines & Regulatory requirements & ensure solutions are sustainable for the enterprise.
• Attend various Group & Business specific architectural design forums and present solution designs and detailed business cases for approval.
• Leverage a solid & deep understanding of the organization strategy to identify, design & deliver relevant, scalable, testable, re-usable technology solutions.
• Prepare assessments for proposed applications, projects, and define appropriate integration and access requirements.
• Work with Tech Centres of Enablement to define the operational activities related to the applications.

Application/System Development and Implementation

• Receive and screen user programming requests for new/modifications to systems/applications, and determine appropriate priority and response.
• Develop and maintain new/existing system/application functionality and user workflow.
• Conduct diagnostic investigations of program/code errors, and implement or recommend solutions for resolution.
• Develop Application Monitoring & Performance Management.
• Work as part of embedded delivery teams to conduct solution reviews, code reviews, testing and deployment.
• Manage and coordinate implementation efforts of configuration/code enhancements and changes from Development Environment to the Production Environment.

Communication and Training

• Socialize, obtain approval for and communicate approved design blueprints with respective stakeholders.
• Socialize, obtain approval for and communicate designed processes (New and Updated processes) with respective stakeholders.
• Develop and communicate application/system documentation and provide training to respective stakeholders, teams and end users.
• Drive the adoption of processes across the IT organization.

Required Technical Skills:

• ServiceNow Platform / ServiceNow Portal / ServiceNow Virtual Agent development experience.

• Experience on Implementation of Service Now ITSM Modules / Integrations & automation; ServiceNow Request Management Module o ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Module o ServiceNow Software Asset Management Module o ServiceNow Product Catalog

• Experience in Service Portal xe2x80x93 HTML, widgets, pages.

• Hands-on experience on declarative techniques xe2x80x93 UI policy, system properties, email configurations, Roles, ACLs.

• Hands-on experience of working with script-based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages, UI Actions, Workflow etc. and JavaScript (MUST)

• Experience of working with ServiceNow Glide objects such as GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax, etc.

• ServiceNow Integration experience; o Experience of Web services/API methods REST & SOAP. o ServiceNow Product Model Catalogue Integration with Flexera exposure.

• Knowledge of usage of MID Server and configurations.

• Understanding of Cloud platforms, Flexera and SQL.

• Experience with unit testing.

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. xe2x80xa2 Experience and Knowledge of Banking and Financial Services Business.

• Minimum 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 IT/ IT Consulting Experience.

• Minimum 3-5 years Application Development Experience.

• Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.

• Good knowledge of Agile practices.

Certifications (Desired): xe2x80xa2 ServiceNow Admin Certified

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

Education: Required: xe2x80xa2 Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences.

• BSC Computer Science/Information Technology.
