Job Description
Join our team as a Regional SAP Supply Chain Support Specialist, responsible for user support, training, change management, access control, data quality, and testing of system changes across BAU and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support users across the supply chain tech landscape.
- Manage access, monitor user activity, and ensure data quality.
- Drive system testing, user training, and change adoption.
- Collaborate with tech and business teams to resolve incidents and enhance functionality.
- Degree in IT or Commerce with SAP ECC (MM, VM, WM) and SAP Ariba certification.
- 7-10 years' experience in supply chain systems, including SAP ECC, Ariba, PM, and FICO.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, analytics (BI, SQL), and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and change management skills.
- Power Bi (creating dashboards)
