Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to

spearhead sales efforts for our Food & Beverage ERP system within the Food &

Beverage Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a

robust sales pipeline, generating credible leads, and driving revenue growth over the

next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads within the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry. Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, networking through industry organizations, and other channels to identify and engage potential customers. Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Industry Engagement: Represent the company at relevant events, forums, and associations to strengthen brand presence. Product Feedback: Collaborate closely with the development team to provide insights on system presentation, configuration, and identify missing functionality or reporting needs based on customer feedback. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.
Experience:

Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in ERP or software solutions for manufacturing industries. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Food & Beverage Manufacturing processes and challenges.
Skills:

Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with ERP systems and able to translate technical features into business benefits. Network: Existing relationships within the Food & Beverage industry will be a advantageous.
