Film, Television and Eventing Production Company
Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven
Senior Sales Executive to join their award-winning team. As one of SA's top Film, TV,
Video, and AV production companies, they thrive on creativity, collaboration, and a

? What They're Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in film, TV, video, media, AV

and/or advertising or events.

• Existing relationships with blue-chip clients, advertising agencies, AV

companies, broadcasters, and/or government sectors.

• A deep understanding of sales psychology and how to convert leads into long term

clients.

• A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

• High energy, confidence, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong relationship-building and networking ability.

• Entrepreneurial mindset - self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed.

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

? Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

• Build strong connections with industry partners and stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.

• Interpreting complex production-related briefs.

• Draft detailed technical quotations and invoices in line with client needs.

? Advertising-Funded Programming (AFP) Function

• Identify brands best suited to transition from traditional TV commercials to

Advertising-Funded Reality Shows.

• Create persuasive, data-driven business cases for AFP, highlighting strategic

advantages such as audience engagement, brand alignment, and ROI.

• Work with our internal production and creative team to develop compelling AFP

show proposals tailored to each prospective client.

• Present the AFP model in a way that resonates with marketing managers,

using trend data, case studies, and ROI-focused arguments.

• Recommend suitable broadcast platforms or channels, and justify choices

based on market research and audience analytics.
? What's on Offer

• Basic Salary: R25,000 - R35,000 per month (dependent on previous experience & skillsets)

• Attractive Commission Structure with total potential earnings of R1 million -

R2 million per annum.
