The Role
This is a
senior closing position
.
We provide leads and book calls for you. Your responsibility is to:
Run calls
Deliver value through LinkedIn audit consultations
Manage pipeline follow-ups
Close deals and onboard new monthly clients
A dedicated
telephone appointment setter
works with you to book calls, but you must still manage follow-ups, no-shows, and pipeline progression to close.
LinkedIn Audit Based Sales Calls
Around
70% of all calls are conducted as LinkedIn Profile Audits
, where you:
Review a prospect's LinkedIn profile live
Advise on positioning, messaging, and lead generation gaps
Identify where coaching + VA services can support them
Because of this, candidates must have:
Real experience using LinkedIn for business
A working understanding of how small businesses generate leads on the platform
An
active LinkedIn profile we can review as part of the interview
This is a non-negotiable requirement.
Performance Targets & Commission
Performance Threshold:
3 new sales per week (averaged monthly)
Example expectation:
12 new clients per month
Commission Rules:
0% commission if target is not met
(salary only)
Once the monthly target is hit, 5% commission is paid on ALL deals above the threshold
We are only considering candidates who can demonstrate:
3+ years closing B2B deals
with small business owners
Experience selling business services, coaching, SaaS, consulting, or recurring revenue offers
A track record of hitting sales targets consistently
Strong objection handling, value framing, and commercial awareness
Linkedin knowlege and demonstratable experiance
Confidence in running Zoom/telephone discovery calls
Preferred but not required:
Experience with VAs, agency services, or coaching products
Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience helpful but not essential)
