Job Summary
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

National Diploma/ Degree in HR
Agricultural and or Business Diploma / Degree advantageous
Previous Agricultural related experience
At least 5-10-yearsxe2x80x99 experience in operational environment, preferably agriculture
At least 5-yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Health and Safety
Previous packhouse experience advantageous
Previous HR experience essential
Must have strong management skills
Ability to motivate employees and drive organizational change and development
Ability to drive improved productivity out of season
Computer literate
Must be well-organised with great leadership qualities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with and motivate a team
