RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING MANAGER for a well-established growing concern, position based along the outskirts of Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

BSc/ BA Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration and Human Resources qualification an added advantage.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Relevant suitable computer packages.

Drivers license / own reliable vehicle.

3yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position.

Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.

Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.

Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.

A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element.

Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.

Staff training.

Position will focus on recruitment and compliance. Dealing with employment contracts, performance reviews, finalization of probation periods. Organise medicals and psychometric testing for staff. Maintain human resources files for audit purposes. Health and safety and risk management. Attend meetings, issues letters and / or minutes.
