We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to support the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle through administrative coordination and data management. This role involves working closely with multiple teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely data handling, and compliance with internal processes.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate the collection and uploading of candidate documentation at various stages of the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal tracking systems and platforms.
Support validation activities by ensuring all necessary materials are shared with the appropriate teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate compliance reviews and onboarding readiness.
Monitor and update key trackers and systems to reflect current candidate statuses and progress.
Ensure applicant data is correctly captured, maintained, and shared with relevant departments as needed.
Assist in the preparation of information required for day-one readiness and team handovers.
Qualifications:
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to tight timelines.
Proficiency with document handling, digital tools, and data systems.
Experience in a recruitment or HR environment is advantageous.
Must have Matric (HR or related qualification advantageous)
Computer literate
Should display sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a cross-cultural environment
