The main responsibilities of the Civil Engineer would be to:

Provide effective leadership and management to the design department, production of engineering drawings, and preparation of tender documents.
Manage the delivery of projects from planning to completion.
Provide monthly reporting and cost control.
Train technical staff.

Desired Skills and Expertise:

Pr Eng
Min 5 yearsxe2x80x99 post-graduate experience in Transportation Infrastructure (particularly planning, pavement engineering, geometric design, stormwater drainage design, contract administration, and stormwater drainage design, contract administration and supervision of roads contracts.)
Experience in road rehabilitation design.
Proven track record in the management of a design office.
Able to work independently and interact with relevant stakeholders at management level.

Excellent interpersonal-, communication-, and management skills.
Ability to obtain xe2x80x98buy-inxe2x80x99 and cooperation from staff and work well as a team.
Proven track record of delivery of projects.
Ability to market and contribute towards the growth of the business and profitability.
