Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning, design, and construction phases of civil engineering projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, reports, and calculations.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and support staff.

• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10 years of experience in civil engineering.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
