Top Consulting Engineering firm seeks Senior Civil Engineer - Bulk Earthworks.

To lead civil projects, mentor junior staff, ensure quality design processes..

What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Consulting Engineering sector. All duties would take place in this context.

• Mentor junior engineers in theoretical background and design process.

• Review and provide feedback on drawings for compliance and accuracy.

• Manage civil projects, including roads, pavements, sewers, and stormwater systems (Bulk Earthworks).

• Interpret design criteria and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Bridge communication between Managing Director and engineering staff.

Key Job Deliverables:

• Successful project completion within time and budget constraints.

• Improved design quality through effective mentoring and feedback.

• Clear interpretation of design criteria and standards.

Qualifications & Background work experience:

• PR Tech Eng / PR Eng - BTech / BSc in Civil Engineering

• Managed large-scale road construction project from design to completion.

• Mentored junior engineers, improving their theoretical knowledge and skills.

• Ensured compliance with government regulations in sewer system design.

• Led quality control efforts, resulting in error-free project deliverables.

• Advantageous: Bulk Earthworks Construction Experience

Personality Summary:

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R700K to R780K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
